This is the most eclectic post of all time. Are you ready for this? First of all, how about a few laughs?
I must be in a baby mood. Okay, now that we've all had some cheese...
Last week, Elizabeth Seckman shared with us her amazing romances Past Due, Healing Summer and Fate Intended, along with two truths and one lie about herself. Those who guessed the lie correctly were entered into a random drawing to win THREE of her amazing eBooks!
Elizabeth's game:
And the lie is:
#2. Elizabeth did actually fail kindergarten *gasp* and she's apparently a bossy woman, but her husband loves that about her because he obeyed.
Way to guess those of you who got it right! You are officially human lie detectors. And the winner is:

My pal Sheri Larsen is hosting a gratitude hop!
The hop will run from March 3 - 5. Post any of those three days - using this badge and linking back to this list on Sheri's site - and tell us about what you learned about yourself over the course of the month. Did it help you? How do you plan on implementing your findings? Just signup with Mr. Linky on Sheri's site, and of course, spreading the word would be greatly appreciated!

Did any of those funnies get you chuckling? What's the funniest thing you've seen in the last couple days?
I loved the Gandalf photo (I emailed links to your blog to all my kids) and the deer in the car. Thanks for the smile!
ReplyDeleteThat Gandolf one is pretty epic, eh? My kids can't get past it.
DeleteLove the pictures! They brought a well-needed smile to my face this morning.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a preference of review place (Amazon or Goodreads)?
It's all about the cheese, Loni. All about the cheese. =) I'll email you, but the truth is I'LL TAKE REVIEWS ANYWHERE. (Like green eggs and ham.)
DeleteFunny pictures.
ReplyDeleteYeah, PK!
Heather
For your enjoyment. *bows*
DeleteCute kitties... and of course the Gandalf was historical!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the laughs Crystal!
Tee hee hee. Yeah, I totally went for Gandolf too. He's epic.
DeleteLOVE the baby pix, especially the I'll cut you if you touch my cake one. Good morning laughs do us all justice.
ReplyDeleteFor sure! Need those endorphins pumping to prompt creative juices, eh?
DeleteYup - the 'touch my cake' picture totally had me giggling. I may or may not feel that way about cake myself... ;) Love the laughter to start the day!
ReplyDeleteI'll keep that in mind--never come between Liz and her cake. =)
DeleteI had a laughing fuzzy moment here today. Thanks for all those pictures to start my day!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Lee!
DeleteThe Gandalf pic, the deer in the car, and the baby looking at himself in the mirror are all hysterical! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGlad to share the laughter. =)
DeleteCongrats, Pk. Those pictures are HILARIOUS. Thanks for the laugh!
ReplyDeleteYou mean for the cheese? Oh yes, and the laughter. =) Glad to provide it.
DeleteWait! Where was the cheese? I didn't get any cheese! Did you hide it again?
ReplyDeleteI knew you were coming. What can I say? I'm squandering, er, protecting it for myself. ;)
DeleteI love the pics! I've been in a baby mood too, but just to look at!
ReplyDeleteI admire Elizabeth's boldness. If I tried to do that it would come out as "Um, hey, yeah, so, uh...we should get married, probably, maybe, I think." :D
LOL! You know what I did? I totally knew on the second date and tested him and MADE him want me while never giving any signs that he had me. Poor guy. But hey, he survived--and passed. Obviously. =)
DeleteI love eclectic posts! Especially ones that make me laugh. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday! I'm celebrating by eating Cheese its. That's kind of like cheese, right? :)
Any time, Karen. Cheese Its totally qualify as cheese. Now I'm tempted to go get myself a box...
DeleteGreat Pic's. Happy Hump Day!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cathrina! Same to you!
DeleteImages were hilarious & I plan to sign up for the gratitude blog hop.
ReplyDeleteAlso, thanks for commenting on my post today. Your kind thoughts about how frustrating my story excerpt caused you to feel made my day.
Leanne Ross ( readfaced.wordpress.com & @LeanneRossRF )
Wahoo! Got to get out and share our thanks, eh?
DeleteThe funniest thing I saw today was at work. To explain the class I was subbing would take too long, so suffice it to say they all had work on the computers, and they were allowed to listen to music.
ReplyDeleteThis one boy was really into his music. He was dancing around in his seat, with his hands in the air, waving them around. Grooving. So, I went over to investigate (enjoying his music is fine, but he had an assignment to complete), but he didn't notice me. The rest of the class, however...
So, I'm standing there, waiting for him to notice me. The rest of the class was scandalized. Then the boy finally noticed that I was right there.
Nice. Where was the video camera, huh? That's epic.=)
DeleteI love the stop or I'll pee. It looks just like me.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Wait, you're an Asian baby? Yikes. I was so off in my mental image of you. ;)
DeleteAww, kitties. I needed a bit of a laugh, thanks. :)
ReplyDeleteAll for you, Mary.
DeleteCongrats to the winner. I absolutely LOVE that picture of Gandalf, one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteI think that's my son's favorite too. Although he's torn. He loved the deer as well.
DeleteToo funny. Almost, huh? I heard that only counts in horseshoes, hand grenades, and tactical nuclear devices. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh, and time travel. You can ALMOST hit your desired destination and end up just a century or two off. ;)
DeleteI love all the funnies... thank you for posting them Crystal... we can all use a smile and a chuckle :)
ReplyDeleteFor sure! Maybe a few of each, eh? =)
DeleteLove the pics, and there is so much good information in this post! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIt's what I do, darlin'. It's what I do. (Name that movie!)
DeleteLoved those pictures. They made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteYes! =)
DeleteCongrats to PK! And that deer in car picture made me LOL extra hard.
ReplyDeleteBecause who doesn't want to be kidnapped by deer?
DeleteLOL I so wish Elizabeth really had been the Fair Cow Queen. :D
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love the pics, especially the deer in the car. I love the "no time to explain" meme.
It sets a writer's mind on fire, eh?
DeleteI hate to admit it, but I'm like that kid when it comes to my dessert. But I always steal from my partner--I just can't help myself
ReplyDeleteLOL. Shame on you. ;)
DeleteLove the memes! I am a meme junkie.
ReplyDeleteI have to check out the review thing and that hop.
Yes, yes you do. =)
DeleteSuch funny pics!! And yay for me!!! Funniest thing I've seen lately--just watched Airplane and Airplane 2 and I still laugh. Such hilarity. :D
ReplyDeleteAwesome. I think I've seen those, but it's been a long time. I should break them out.
DeleteI love babies. They are unpredictably funny.
ReplyDeleteToo true. I've got some killer stories about mine.
DeleteLool, great pics! Also, I just started reading Moonless:)
ReplyDeleteMark, you're the best. =)
DeleteI wouldn't want to get on cake baby's bad side!
ReplyDeleteSeconded!
DeleteYou're right. This is the most eclectic post of all time. That made me smile.
ReplyDeleteYeah... If this is what my post looks like, can you imagine the state my brain is in?
DeleteGreat pictures. I can't even pick a favorite. Okay, maybe the deer.
ReplyDeleteShe concedes... LOL.
DeletePictures of babies with "expressive" expressions can always give me the giggles or the "ooooh, what a cute baby!" thing.
ReplyDeleteMe too. What are babies so stinkin' cute?
DeleteThought nothing was better than Gandalf with a gun until I saw that baby ready to beat it's own reflection. Hilarious Crystal! Plus reindeer kidnappers are the scariest. Especially when they can drive and talk. No need to explain to my disappearing profile. Run!
ReplyDeleteLOL. I think if that ever happened to me, I'd stand there, staring, trying to comprehend what I was seeing. =0
DeleteSo funny and cute. I got the lie wrong.
ReplyDeleteThat's okay. If I was on your side of the aisle, I'd get 90% of them wrong.
