B-T-G-F-G-M?

I've been learning about Twitter this morning: the importance of giveaways, the best time of the day to post, scheduling posts in advance, the most effective way to use hashtags, etc. Some of this is new, some of it, not so much. Great resource if you're trying to get familiar with this social networking monster: Bookbliss. I LOVE twitter, but I don't spend that much time there--not for lack of wanting, merely by lack of hours in the day. I've also started looking at HootSuite because of how it condenses the feed and makes it easy to see everything at a single glance. What great Twitter tips have you learned?

So about the title of this post... No, this is not some new interwebs acronym you've never heard about. Very soon my Mystery Guest will be making his/her appearance (and no, I'm not going to give his/her identity away, yet). BTFGM is his/her "thang". (<--Do you see that? Living in the south is starting to affect me. Eek! Run for the hills!) In anticipation of his/her appearance, I'm going to expand upon this amazing random revelation.

  7. I've been on Twitter over a year and it's still challenging for me. I have Tweetdeck, which sorts it all for me, probably like Hootsuite, but I still struggle with tweeting. And finding time? Yes, that's always hard!

Now you've piqued everyone's curiosity about your mystery guest! Good going!

I'm not a huge fan of Twitter, but mainly because my time zone is out of whack with the majority who use Twitter.
